Technology / Product & Introduction	ST1000 [Sublimation Direct Ink] Main technology of KOSTECH’s is sublimation transfer ink designed for the purpose of printing polyester fibers. ink provides KOSTECH’s self-dispersion technology of dispersed dyes and strict ink property management in ink mixing, providing discharge stability, bright color, and a wide range of color areas. ink is manufactured by using Beads Mill with KOTECH’s own nano-dispersion technology. From the selection of dispersion dyes to the manufacturing and mixing, the entire process of ink preparation is directly carried out by KOSTECH. Total of 8 colors (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, Light Cyan, Light Magenta, Fluorescent Magenta, Fluorescent Yellow) are added to the light color to enable clearer color expression of ink. sublimation transfer ink has a viscosity of 4 to 6 cPs (25°C), a surface tension of 30 to 35 dyne/Cm, PH 8~9, and a conductivity o 1.3 to 2.9 ms. ink provides high utilization to users through the following two usage methods. 1. To print on paper (transfer paper) to be used before sublimation and transferring sublimation to the desired polyester fiber. 2. To coloring and fixing ink by directly outputting the ink to a dedicated fabric in which the pretreatment operation has been completed. The sublimation condition for the above two methods of use is 200°C, 40~50 Sec. To use ink in best condition, please use and store the ink in the storage method below. 1. Seal the package and store it. 2. Avoid direct sunlight and store the ink at a well-ventilated room temperature. 3. Use ink within one year from the date of manufacture. KOSTECH provides various package of ink in two forms for the convenience of consumers and the diversity of working methods of The 1Kg/5Kg/20Kg bottle type and 1Kg pack type allow users to select and use the packaging type and capacity they want.
